Site Maintenance Support Worker
37 hours per week Monday-Friday days £10.20 per hour permanent contract starting September 2022
Kehelland Trust, situated near Camborne, Cornwall, provides a rural, horticultural setting for the support of young people and adults with learning disabilities and/or physical disabilities with the aim of developing personal and social skills, individual opportunities and active participation in the local community.
The Trust seeks an ambitious and motivated individual to work within our busy horticultural setting. You will have day-to-day responsibility for undertaking site maintenance tasks across the site as part of the site maintenance team. It will be necessary for this to include the support of individuals with learning and/ or physical difficulties working within the area as and when needed.
You must be able to demonstrate multi skilled knowledge of a variety of trades e.g. carpentry, minor plumbing, experience of working within a site maintenance or building environment and an ability to prioritise your work load.
