I am extremely interested in this position. I love cooking and using great local ingredients. I have experience with people with various abilities and am fortunate to be able to communicate at many levels. I have worked in a very fast paced burger business where I was left to run a van alone. I had my own beach concession for a while. Unfortunately these were in jersey where qualifications were not required. However I would happily put myself through any courses / qualifications as this is the industry I want to work in.
I would be so grateful if you would
Grant me an interview as my experience is practical rather thn formal and I would like to openly talk about it. I live in Beacon which is very close to you. I am a mature (48)year old lady with care and food knowledge.
I very much look forward to hearing from you. CV and Refs available.
    Kindest regards
    Nicky
