Kehelland Trust, situated near Camborne, Cornwall, provides a rural horticultural setting for the support of young people and adults with learning and/or physical disabilities with the aim of developing personal and social skills, individual opportunities and active participation in the local community.

The Trust seeks ambitious and motivated individuals to join our team in an exciting and challenging period of change.

The following vacancies are available:

1. Training and Business Development Manager

37hours per week (5 days) £15.00 per hour.
The Training and Business Development Manager has day-to-day responsibility for all educational activities undertaken at or on behalf of Kehelland Trust and to coordinate business development alongside the Centre Manager and Horticultural Coordinator. The term of this post will be dependent on ongoing successful funding achieved to cover the salary.

2. Tutor

22.5 hours per week (3 days) £12.00 per hour.

The Tutor has full responsibility for the successful implementation and delivery of the education programme/s at or on behalf of Kehelland Trust. You will be required to start beginning of August 2018 in order to prepare a programme to start 3rd September 2018.

3. Education Support Worker

37 hours per week (5 days) £8.32 per hour

The Educational Support Worker has day-to-day responsibility to ensure that all support is provided according to the needs of their allocated learners.
