Thanks to everyone that came back to celebrate Apple Day with us again on 7th October.
Some lovely photos below from both Jenny Olds of Cornhill Farm (Thank you Jenny) and Sharon Aston a professional photographer who also happens to work for us at Kehelland and was happy to take some of these beautiful shots. Thank you Sharon!
Our cover photo is the marvellous HotchPotch Theatre’s Seemore Gardens who kept everyone entertained and formed that vital link from one activity to another.
An unforgettable day as always. Thanks to everyone who came along and made it what it was.
We are so excited to be able to welcome visitors back to our Apple Day.
There is a packed programme of activities, food, bar and live music with Tim & Athene (3 Daft Monkeys), Krelys (Ceilidh), Redruth Tatters Morris & Festival Band, Horners, Celtic Fiddlers and some unique and beautiful voices with Kessenyan a young trio of Shanty singers and our own Sylvie Nichol bringing some Jazz singing to the day. There will be an open ‘not’ mic in the Orchard including the beautiful hammered dulcimer with Kerensa. You can sign up to play acoustic music on the blackboard there. We will of course have our procession to the Cornish Orchard with Samba Cambada and led by our own Apple Spirit & Camborne Mayor, Zoe Fox. We can’t wait and we hope you can’t either.
PLEASE, please book your tickets beforehand via our online shopping hub. We are very limited on parking and this will impact negatively on our small community if we do not manage traffic successfully. Thank you
Link to get your tickets is via the link below or via the QR code on the posters or click on the ‘shop’ button from our website homepage. Thank you.
